Host a Party or Group Event

Penn Ice Rink can accommodate any special event that you have in mind, with group sizes ranging from 10 to over 300 people. Events can include private skating parties, hockey, as well as school field trips and fundraising packages. Please complete our Ice Rental Form  for any private event. Skating parties can also be held during our Public Skating sessions. Please check our monthly calendar for dates and times.

Our Facilities

The Quaker Room  (pictured above) is located near the main entrance of the arena and directly overlooks the ice surface (pictured above). This room provides easy access for your guests to joyfully watch the skating party without needing gloves and a hat! This room can hold up to 50 people. 

The Independence Room is located on the lower level just off of the ice entrance. This room provides easy access for skaters and offers a smaller setting. The room can hold up to 20-30 people.

Each party room includes tables, chairs, and provides heated comfort and privacy during special events. The party rooms provide a unique atmosphere protected from the chill of the ice surface. Once decorated, filled with food and fun loving people, the party rooms become the life of the rink during Public Skating sessions.
